We\’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Executive to support both our Group Documentation & Translation team and the Domino Knowledge team on a hybrid working basis. This is a unique opportunity to work across two high-impact functions that play a key role in how Domino delivers valuable knowledge – both internally and to our customers.

In this cross-functional role, you\’ll contribute to content creation, digital publishing, and knowledge management initiatives, helping us streamline, organise, and scale content across platforms.

About You

You\’re organised, enthusiastic about content, and eager to make a difference. You enjoy working across teams, have an eye for detail, and are comfortable working independently. Experience with content management, knowledge systems, CSS and HTML is a bonus.

What You\’ll Do

Supporting the Documentation & Translation Team:

  • Create and manage translation jobs within the Component Content Management System (CCMS).
  • Assist with agile project admin and coordination.
  • Support digital publishing workflows.
  • Work alongside the Digital Project Manager on HTML-based content updates.
  • Help migrate FrameMaker documents into the CCMS environment.

Supporting the Domino Knowledge Team:

  • Review and cleanse Alert ID records for accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with Product Teams to document and organise new Alert IDs.
  • Convert existing Product Manual How-To Guides into concise, reusable Expert Knowledge articles.

What you can expect

As a talented individual working at Domino, you can expect a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including:

  • 25 days of basic holiday, plus options to buy or sell additional days, ensuring you have ample time to relax and recharge.
  • Life insurance, providing security and peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
  • Medical insurance with the option of purchasing a health cash plan, dental insurance, travel insurance and cycle to work scheme, ensuring your health is always a top priority.
  • Join our green car scheme, a step towards a more environmentally friendly commute.
  • Pension plan, starting with 8% employer contributions.

We recognise that flexible homeworking can be beneficial and at Domino we want people to feel able to own the way they work. What this looks like might vary between teams – what\’s important is that we enable you to get the best from us and for us to get the best from you, whether that\’s from your home office or on site, as long as we continue to collaborate and enable great outcomes for our customers.

We are a highly successful company, we\’re large enough to offer career development opportunities yet small enough for your contribution to be readily recognised and rewarded.
