Autism Together is one of the country’s leading providers of services and support to autistic people and their families. It is an exciting time to join the charity within one of our Residential properties across Wirral and West Cheshire, as we are looking to organically grow the team.

What You Will Be Doing…

You’ll work with a warm, friendly team at one of our Residential locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. Your responsibilities include supporting individuals within their home environment and when accessing the local community, as well as assisting with daily activities, appointments, and personal care needs.

Hours of Work

Our core hours are 35 hours per week, with shifts from 7:30 am to 4:15 pm and 4:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
