Job Description
Job Role:Â Supported Housing Worker
Salary: £25,235 per year
Hours:Â 37.5 hours per week
Contract type:Â Permanent
Location:Â Somerset East & Somerset, mainly Frome & Shepton Mallet
Additional information:Â
- Valid driver's license and access to a car for business purposes
- Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota
- Participation in a rostered system of working with shifts between the hours of 08:00 AM and 20:00 PMÂ
- Primarily Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required on a rotational basis

From helping people maintain their tenancies to connecting them with vital services, you’ll play a key role in empowering individuals to build brighter, more stable futures.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering direct support and housing management services to clients
- Building strong partnerships with local agencies
- Keeping client records accurate, clear, and up to date
- Tracking referrals into the service
- Creating a safe, supportive and empowering environment that promotes personal growth and sustainable move-on
