Overview

Team Member – Gateshead Metro Centre, Millie’s Cookies at SSP UK & Ireland.

Pay Rate: Β£12.21 per hour. We have part-time (20 – 30h) roles available. Hours of operation are 9am to 9pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About The Team Member Role

  • Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Experience in baking, cake decorating, and barista work is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient service and ensure guests leave satisfied.
  • Support team in daily kitchen and service tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Barista, cake baking, or cake decoration is preferred.
  • 18 years of age or over for certain tasks or shifts.
