Overview
Team Member – Gateshead Metro Centre, Millie’s Cookies at SSP UK & Ireland.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour. We have part-time (20 – 30h) roles available. Hours of operation are 9am to 9pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About The Team Member Role
- Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Experience in baking, cake decorating, and barista work is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service and ensure guests leave satisfied.
- Support team in daily kitchen and service tasks as needed.

- Previous experience as a Barista, cake baking, or cake decoration is preferred.
- 18 years of age or over for certain tasks or shifts.
