About the role
As the Land and Wayleave Officer your manager will be our Commercial Management Surveyor. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly at our Head Office in Castleford.

- Work with some of the UK’s largest broadband infrastructure organisations to help provide our customers with a choice of internet providers
- Be a key player in establishing a comprehensive land and wayleave register
- Assist with the continuing refurbishment, security and Energy Performance work to our commercial shops
What you’ll do
Working as part of a team in the management and provision of a comprehensive, effective, and efficient professional Commercial Property and Land service, adhering to and understanding new and existing legislative and/or regulatory requirements, with specific responsibility for management of the commercial estate, land encroachments, wayleaves, enquiries, allotments and land disposals.
