About Mayfield School: Set in 75 acres of stunning Sussex countryside, Mayfield is a leading independent Catholic boarding and day school for girls aged 11-18. Located just under 50 miles from London and close to Gatwick and Tunbridge Wells, our school offers a supportive and enriching environment for both students and staff.
This is a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the school’s academic, extracurricular and boarding communities.
The Graduate Assistants will:
- Engage in the school’s extracurricular programme and work with staff in managing a range of activities.
- Provide pastoral support within our boarding community, supporting the personal growth and well-being of our students.
- Occasionally assist in the Library, so candidates with an interest in literature or reading would be ideal.
The role is especially well-suited for those who:
- Are considering a career in teaching and wish to gain hands-on experience.
- Are passionate about boarding school life, committed to engaging fully in both academic and pastoral duties.
