AQ Sales is looking for ambitious young individuals ready to kickstart their careers asSummer Sales Assistants! With immediate start dates available, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn weekly pay, and work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. No prior experience? The Role
As a Summer Sales Assistant at AQ Sales, you\’ll receive full support and practical training to build your confidence in sales and customer interaction. Over a structured 812 month period, youll have the chance to rotate across different areas of the business and even progress into a management role depending on your performance. This is an ideal role for someone looking to get their foot in the door and grow with a company.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers, promoting products and services on behalf of our clients
- Work towards and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Learn and apply effective sales and customer service techniques
- Rotate through departments including sales, marketing, and event operations
- Support sales campaigns while developing your leadership potential
- Create fun, energetic and engaging experiences at promotional events
