Job Description

The HE Student Experience Coach (Academic Skills and Disability) is a student-facing role based within the Student Support Hub team. The Hub provides tailored support to Higher Education students in wellbeing, academic study skills, employability, and disability support.

This role is central to ensuring a positive and inclusive student experience. The postholder will work directly with students to support their academic development and learning strategies, especially those with additional learning needs or disabilities. They will collaborate with the wider HE team, signposting students to appropriate services, contributing to inclusive teaching and assessment practices, and supporting College-wide activities such as Open Events.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced service, and team members are expected to be proactive, responsive, and committed to placing students at the heart of everything they do.
