Overview
At Barnardo\’s we believe in children. The funds raised in store support the most vulnerable children and young people in the UK. As a Store Associate you will maximise sales and profit in store while ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer service. You will support the store manager with all aspects of running a busy store, with opportunities to develop and learn alongside an experienced manager. You will need to be well organised with strong communication skills and ready to lead your team to maximise sales, achieve targets and provide a positive working environment. In return you will work for one of the UK\\\’s largest charity retailers with benefits, including full training and development, promotion prospects, pension and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store.
- Maximise sales and profit and meet store targets.
