We are a growing supplier and manufacturer of high-quality construction safety equipment, including barriers, fencing, and site safety solutions. We pride ourselves on strong client
relationships and delivering an excellent service. We are seeking a personable and
proactive Sales and Client Support Representative to support our day to day operations
and client engagement.
Role Description
This role is well suited to someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and
who enjoys building relationships. You will be responsible for keeping in touch with our
existing clients, supporting the sales process and ensuring clients are informed about
our offering. The role involves a mix of office based work and on site client visits.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain regular professional communication with clients via phone, email, and site
visits
• Keep clients updated on stock availability, delivery timelines, and product options
• Assist with processing incoming orders, generating quotations, and coordinating
deliveries
• Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Visit client sites to build rapport, provide updates, and maintain visibility
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Represent the company in a friendly, reliable, and professional manner
What we are looking for
