Leading hospitality client now requires an IT Programme Manager to manage multiple initiatives, driving strategic change across the business and enhancing overall customer experience/operations.
This role will lead and deliver complex IT programmes, collaborating with an array of stakeholders and internal teams to drive innovation throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, deliver and lead programmes delivering value to the wider group.
- Establish robust governance structures, ensuring programme delivery aligns with time, cost and quality expectations.
- Implement risk, issue and dependency management to identify and mitigate issues across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure programmes align with business objectives and KPI’s.
- Manage financial budgets and forecasts, ensuring these align with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement ensuring programmes deliver tangible improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive programme management experience working on multi-site programmes/projects within the hospitality, retail or eCommerce sector.
- Expert in programme governance and modern delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure and customer facing digital solutions.
- Proven experience delivering change within an organisation.
- Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to manage multimillion pound budgets, forecasts in reference to business needs.
- Previous experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and MS project.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels.
This opportunity provides a base salary of up to £100,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
In terms of office location, this role is hybrid with 4 days per week in our clients London office and the rest remote.
