You’re a tech geek and you love to apply your expertise in modeling, optimization, and simulation to deliver value. What you’ll do:
- Provide a customer focused service based on supporting a resolution both via calls and email, in a professional and timely manner and in line with company procedures/standards.
- Manage the ticketing process to ensure that customer queries and feedback are effectively handled within company KPIs and standards
- Achieve set targets and goals to maximize the customer experience and service provided by the Company
- Assist in coordinating operations and engineering teams in order to identify errors and anomalies
- Identify and verify service impact to customers, and dispatch subject matter experts in support of problem resolution.
- Communicate with internal and customer-facing teams in support of status updates regarding open issues and implement actions in support of root cause analysis and problem remediation.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience creating and delivering technically sound and competitive solutions to meet customer business objectives
- Problem-solving mindset that can be applied to both known and unknown issues
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex skills and apply knowledge to customer solutions
- Knowledge of optimization and simulation using software solutions
- Database skills and the ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets
- Python programming skills a plus
- Previous supply chain design experience desired
- Previous optimization/simulation consulting experience desired
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
