About the Role
We are an SEIS-approved, early-stage tech startup in the healthcare space, preparing to raise our first external investment round. We\’re looking for a sharp, strategic individual tolead and manage our fundraising process— from refining our pitch to managing investor relations and representing us in meetings.
You’ll be working directly with the founding team and play a pivotal role in how we present and grow the business. This is astrategic, high-trust rolewith long-term potential.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Refine and update ourpitch deck, financials, and business narrative
- Leadoutreach to angel investors, VCs, and syndicates, particularly in the UK
- Represent the startup ininvestor calls, pitch meetings, and demo days
- Advise onvaluation, cap table considerations, and investor positioning
- Coordinate thedue diligence processand prepare key materials
- Assist in structuringinvestment documents and timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience infundraising or startup investment(as founder, advisor, or analyst)
- Strong storytelling, communication, andinvestor-facing presentation skills
- Understanding ofSEIS/EIS, UK startup funding ecosystem, and valuation dynamics
- Analytical mindset and comfort withfinancial models, cap tables, term sheets
- Bonus: Network within angel communities, VCs, or accelerators
