We\’re looking for an enthusiastic Travel Consultant, with experience in making complex travel arrangements. This is a lovely role working for a small, specialist travel company. Overview Our client is a specialist tour operator organising group tours for 50 years. They are a family run business with 9 members of staff. A long standing team member will be retiring in February 2025, therefore the client is seeking a new Group Bookings Manager. This is a tight knit team of three, working together to deliver interesting itineraries. The Role This is an existing role working in a team of three, where each person is responsible for looking after their assigned groups. Once the booking request has been made by a client, the individual will be responsible for sourcing hotels, flights, coaches and add-ons. They will create the price and manage the bookings, liaising regularly with the client to manage the process through to payments and ongoing updates to the booking.
