About the Role
The successful candidate will have gained experience during training and post-qualification in supporting and managing a diverse caseload. This includes preparing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust documentation, and handling probate and estate administration matters involving both taxable and non-taxable estates. A solid understanding of Inheritance Tax, probate regulations, and estate administration procedures specific to England and Wales is essential.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent attention to detail in drafting legal documents, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work compassionately with clients, and be proficient in legal research and documentation. Familiarity with case management software, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Reader is preferred.
