Financial Divisions is partnering with an established Tax and Investments Consultancy with offices near Hemel Hempstead to support the recruitment of a Tax Consultant/ Tax Manager. This firm is dedicated to supporting their clients by providing comprehensive business advisory services; their ethos revolves around working in partnership to nurture enduring relationships, allowing them to understand their clients\’ goals and support their day-to-day actives as well as supporting their future aspirations.Tax Consultant role:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and providing any tax advice and support required.
  • Undertaking tax Returns, CGT returns, and dealing with residency queries.
  • HMRC letting campaign responses and negotiations.
  • Contributing to the development of the portfolio, dealing with new client\’s enquiries.
  • Supporting and managing the team.

Suitable Candidate for the Tax Consultant:

  • Previous experience within a management capacity within tax.
  • Professionally qualified or holds the relevant experience to undertake the role; – ATT Qualified
  • Experience of trusts and Corporation tax an advantage but not a prerequisite.
  • manage the day-to-day compliance for 200 HNW individuals
  • Also deal with trust work including accounts, administration, and trust tax work.
  • Get involved in a wide range of advisory work including residence and domicile advice, IHT and CGT advice.
  • Assist the investment team with advice on tax.
  • Liaise with HMRC, clients and third-party advisors.
  • Has a desire to support clients business activities alongside developing new client relationships.
  • Experience of managing a portfolio and deadlines.
