Description
Managing the onboarding, master data, invoicing and cash allocation processes, this role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, managing multiple teams while maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Management of Customer onboarding, master data, invoice and credit processes and teams
- Work closely with the collections team to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
- Ensuring business understands and works within the defined policies
- Encouraging a target driven culture of success.
- Set clear performance goals and manage team performance to achieve department objectives, coaching the team and driving continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers to ensure the smooth handling of enquiries and disputes, aiding cash collection
- Regular monitoring and month end reporting for key performance indicators
- Continuous audit of processes and performance
- Troubleshooting and management of manual and automated processes
- Application, maintenance, development, and regular internal audit of key controls
Qualifications & Experience:
- Leadership, management, and team-building skills
- Likely to have a billing or Credit Management background
- Time and process management, including the ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous deadlines, set priorities, and work under pressure
- Experience in the application of administrational processes
- Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel user
- Analytical skills
