As Venue Sales Executive (B2B), you will you will contribute towards achieving target revenue by effectively managing inbound B2B enquiries. Based within the Venue Sales department, and reporting to the B2B Venue Sales Manager you will work closely with the Venue Sales Planning team to collaborate and achieve success within an inclusive and creative environment.

Your Impact

1. Manage inbound B2B enquiries in a timely manner, creating event proposals and responses inline with company standards and venue policies.

2. Arrange and conduct client show-rounds and attend client appointments to discuss event requirements and/or to showcase event spaces.

3. Produce event contracts and invoices inline with company standards, ensuring that all agreed costs, requirements and minimum numbers are documented

4. Maintain a good understanding of the venue operation to include knowledge of the stadiums products and services.

5. Support with delivering the marketing plan to drive B2B business.
