Conference and Events Sales Agent – Manchester

In this role, you\’ll play a crucial part in converting inquiries into bookings, ensuring the accuracy of business records, and driving financial performance through strategic pricing and selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Enquiry Conversion: Utilize excellent call handling techniques, thorough product knowledge, and superior customer service to turn inquiries into bookings
  • Strategic Pricing: Implement pricing and selling strategies across market segments to achieve financial targets and outperform competitors.
  • Competitive Analysis: Keep competitor information up to date and conduct hotel visits as needed to stay ahead in the market.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct appointments and showrounds to showcase the hotel\’s offerings.
  • Superior Service Delivery: Consistently deliver outstanding customer service through the Customer Service Programme, Venue Verdict, and BDRC.
  • Team Environment: Foster a positive team environment that promotes high morale and commitment.
