We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join our Birmingham-based practice. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient care. Duties and Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and manage patients within your scope of practice. Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans independently. Provide consultations for minor ailments and chronic conditions. Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications: Registered with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC). Independent Prescribing qualification. Clinical experience in a prescribing role.
