A leading global pharmaceutical company are seeking Integrated Healthcare Managers to work across the full healthcare system driving awareness and adoption of a new and exciting urology portfolio. This is a confidential search exclusively managed by a specialist recruitment partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with key NHS stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize product uptake.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee territory budgets and resources.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical Sales/KAM roles (Urology preferred).
- Proven track record of market access across healthcare settings.
- Strong NHS relationships and understanding of healthcare pathways.
- Excellent communication, project management, and commercial skills.
- Degree in life sciences or business (preferred); ABPI knowledge required.
