About the Role

Lendlease is seeking an experienced and driven Fund Manager to lead our Australian Prime Property Fund Commercial. As a leadership role and member of the Lendlease Investment Management and Australia Senior Leadership Team, you will shape strategic direction, manage key investor relationships, and leverage your deep sector expertise to oversee one of Australia’s Prime Office portfolios.

This pivotal role is responsible for setting and driving the fund’s strategic direction, leading investor and board relationships, and delivering on the business plan with a focus on long-term performance and growth.

You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, positioning the fund for success, and managing critical relationships with capital partners and stakeholders across the Lendlease business to achieve strong, sustainable outcomes.

Your ability to operate in complex environments and influence outcomes will be critical to delivering on the fund’s ambitions.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong commercial mindset. You will bring deep experience in navigating the complex interrelationship between fund, asset, and property management, along with finance and investment disciplines. Your well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills will be critical in fostering trusted relationships with investors, the board, capital partners, and the broader Lendlease business.
