What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering tailored lessons to secondary-aged students with SEND

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred – unqualified teachers with relevant experience will also be considered
  • Proven experience working with students with SEND, particularly ASC, ADHD, or SEMH
  • Strong understanding of the secondary curriculum and ability to differentiate effectively
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A team player with resilience, flexibility, and a positive attitude

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in specialist SEND settings
  • Knowledge of SEND legislation and safeguarding procedures
