CRM Executive – Customer Lifecycle Marketing
Brighton and Hove – 4 days a week in the office

Our Team at Talent Hub are working with a career-focused company based in the Brighton area and we’re looking for a email / CRM superstar to join their growing marketing team!
As their CRM specialist , you’ll take the lead on all things email, customer lifecycle, email and CRM strategy. You will be helping them connect with their audience in smarter, more meaningful way through CRM and email marketing.
For this CRM Executive job you be responsible for:
- Running and optimising email campaigns and automated workflows
- Owning their CRM platform and driving smart segmentation and personalisation
- Working with Sales to align campaigns with lead generation goals
- Using data to test, learn and improve performance
- Helping shape the full customer journey with behaviour-driven marketing
What you will need for this job:
- 3+ years in CRM/email marketing management role, with a focus on customer engagement
- Experience of building and optimising lead/customer contact journeys and email workflows
- Experience of building lead contact strategies that integrate email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Skills in building/coding email templates from scratch using HTML and CSS
