A Customer Experience Co-ordinator is sought for a private aviation service who charter flights to fly owners and their pets across the UK, Atlantic and the Middle East. Founded in 2023 this young vibrant entrepreneurial organisation wants to revolutionise pet travel. They are a small business currently but with huge ambitions and a strong vision for doubling their workforce and thus business growth in the coming years and beyond.
Their destination network is rapidly growing and continually evolving as they strive to fulfil their customers’ needs worldwide. With over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, they are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Co-ordinator to join their team based near the NEC.

As a Customer Experience Co-ordinator your key duties and responsibilities will include:
Working in a team of 4 you will be part of a small team where you will: –
- Respond to emails and phone call enquiries to a high standard
- Input of data relating to bookings (which is a big part of the role)
- Carry out general administration / office duties
- Co-ordinate with 3rd parties where required
- Show passion for pets (dogs & cats)
- Strong attention to detail

As a Customer Experience Co-ordinator, you will possess:
- Experience of working in a B2C environment
- The ability to compose emails to a high standard
- A track record of strong communication skills – oral and written
- A good telephone manner
- Experience of using MS Office
- Experience of using Google spreadsheets (ideal but not essential)
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work to deadlines

- A car owner/driver due to location
