This varied role includes supporting and supervising our Home Care Assistants, completing client assessments, writing care plans, and helping ensure the smooth running of the service.

For this role, a driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Our Care Supervisors undergo an excellent induction program and receive ongoing training and development support.

Key duties include:

  • Supporting and supervising Home Care Assistants
  • Assessing client needs and writing Care Plans
  • Conducting Care Plan and Quality Reviews
  • Overseeing staff development
  • Ensuring communication within the team
  • Covering care calls when needed
  • Participating in an out-of-hours rota with additional pay

  • NVQ or Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
