Our Care Supervisors undergo an excellent induction program and receive ongoing training and development support.
Key duties include:
- Supporting and supervising Home Care Assistants
- Assessing client needs and writing Care Plans
- Conducting Care Plan and Quality Reviews
- Overseeing staff development
- Ensuring communication within the team
- Covering care calls when needed
- Participating in an out-of-hours rota with additional pay
