The International Office sits under the Global Recruitment, Admissions, and Marketing Directorate, which is responsible for nurturing leads, building relationships, and recruiting high quality students from around the world to meet the University’s ambitious student number plans.
We are recruiting an Agent and Ed Tech Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the University’s global agent and ed tech network. This post is responsible for supporting the annual agent commission process, coordinating day-to-day operations for the Agent Team, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and effective communication with internal teams and external partners across multiple time zones. The postholder will play a key role in supporting the University’s compliance with the Agent Quality Framework and ensuring that service standards are consistently monitored and upheld.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage complex workflows with minimal supervision. They will be confident using data to inform decision making and experienced in resolving problems across complex systems and stakeholders. A background in international recruitment, university administration, or working with international partners would be advantageous.
Candidates who are invited to interview will be asked to undertake an IT skills and comprehension test prior to formal interview. Support for individuals with disabilities can and will be provided for those interviewees who require it.
