Job Description
The Regional Clinical Support Specialist (RCSS) will play a key role in expanding the market share of WatchPAT in Central England and Wales. The role involves educating, training, and supporting clients and leads within this territory and beyond.
This position requires strong clinical and organizational skills, a customer service-oriented approach, and close collaboration with the EMEA Area Business Director, UKI Country Manager, a team of RCSSs, and the technical support team.
The candidate will support clients in understanding and implementing the company\’s technology.
Core Responsibilities
- Educate clients’ medical staff and leads about ZOLL Itamar’s technology and its clinical aspects
- Provide technical and clinical training to staff in accounts
- Support clients on demand and address clinical queries related to the technology
- Visit clients regularly to educate and support their staff
- Manage communication and collaboration with local KOLs and professional associations/societies
Required Skills and Background
- At least three years’ experience in sleep medicine, as a respiratory & sleep physiologist, sleep technologist, or Biomedical Engineer
- Residence in or around the Midlands
- Background in clinical training (mentoring new staff) – an advantage
- Native English; additional languages – an advantage
- Ability to deliver presentations
- Willingness to travel frequently within the UK (about 50%) and occasionally to Europe and beyond (car allowance/company car provided)
- Self-discipline and ability to manage your own schedule
