As part of the Modelling & Prioritisation team, you\’ll lead the development of cloud-based models and data systems to support mobile network investment planning. This includes deep data analysis, identifying and validating key data sources, and applying your knowledge of mobile telecoms and radio networks to inform investment decisions. You’ll support a £300M annual CAPEX plan, drive continuous improvement of data and processes, and champion the use of cloud and AI technologies to build a best-in-class modelling capability.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Deep knowledge of the Mobile Modelling and Prioritisation arena and understanding of the way the MAE modelling and prioritisation works.
- Proven experience working with stakeholders and senior leaders, with a track record of building strong working relationships, understanding others’ issues and influencing without direct authority.
- Track record of successful delivery of GCP based solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of the radio access network and key performance metric as well as an understanding into telecoms business/commercial concepts e.g., Churn, MBoU, ARPU, ROI
- Previous experience and a consistent track record of translating strategy & commercial exam style questions into modelled data solution and communicating the technical outcomes back to both technical and non-technical audiences.
