The Supply Tender Analyst will support the commercial aviation supply team and liaise with sales support regarding tender management.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide support to the commercial aviation supply team.
- Liaise with sales support regarding tender management.
- Input costs and fees into the Tender management system.
- Support invoice processing and general queries.
- Use TMS and CXL systems for accurate reporting.
- Manage tender contracts and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Coordinate supply and CSO (Compulsory Stock Obligation) books.
- Monitor performance of each supply region.
- Manage niche sales opportunities, including Avgas and MOD tenders.
- Create monthly management reports for each supply location.
- Manage diversion margins and seek additional margins from diverted business.
The Individual
- Willingness to develop experience in supply chain management within the oil industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and good time management.
- Knowledge of hedging and price risk management is desirable.
- Experience in supply chain/logistics within oil or aviation sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure independently or as part of a team.
