The Supply Tender Analyst will provide a full support service to the commercial aviation supply team and liaise with sales support regarding the tender management.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Providing a full support service to the commercial aviation supply team.
- Liaise with sales support regarding the tender management.
- Input costs and fees into the Tender management system.
- Invoice and general queries support.
- Use of TMS and CXL systems to achieve accurate and efficient reporting.
- Tender Contract Management and coordination with all relevant departments.
- Co-ordinate the supply, CSO (Compulsory Stock Obligation) book.
- Co-ordinate Performance monitoring of each Supply region.
- Manage niche sales opportunities, which include but are not limited to Avgas and MOD tenders.
- Create and produce management information each month for each supply location.
- Manage Diversion margins; targeting additional margin from business picked up through diversions.

- Willingness to develop experience in supply chain management in the oil industry is essential.
- Analytical ability and strong numerical skills are essential.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Strong English written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Strong organisational & problem-solving skills are essential.
- Attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
- Knowledge of hedging and price risk management process is desirable.
- Experience within supply chain/logistics administration, gained within an oil or aviation services provider, is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work under pressure as a team or on its own is essential.
