ABOUT THE ROLE
Whilst studying a degree-level apprenticeship you will be a member of our Estates Team. With guidance and support you will gain practical experience, build professional skills, and contribute to the success of the team. This role will provide hands-on experience across a range of commercial property-related functions. Tasks will include
– Assisting with property inspections
– Support the accurate record keeping of property data
– Assist with rent reviews and lease renewals
– Compile lettings particulars and liaise with agents and potential tenants
– Day to day commercial tenant management
– Assist with documenting wayleaves, easements, and small land disposals

The successful candidate will have
– A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
– A minimum of 2 A-levels (or equivalent)
– Basic Microsoft Office, problem solving, organisation and communication skills
– Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
