We’re now looking for a Private Client Partner to help lead, grow, and shape our Private Client offering in the West Midlands. This is a rare chance to step into a senior role within one of the UK’s largest Private Client teams, (nearly 120-strong),and be part of something truly ambitious.
The Role
You’ll join a nationally respected team and be responsible for growing a practice in our Birmingham based Private Client function. This includes:
- Assisting in providing strategic direction and leadership to our growing West Midlands practice.
- Delivering expert advice across a broad spectrum of private client matters: wills, trusts, estate planning, succession planning, probate, LPAs, and more.
- Building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals, business families, and landed estates, many of whom have complex and high-value UK and international portfolios.
- Collaborating with colleagues across our firm’s departments and hubs to deliver truly holistic legal support.
- Mentoring junior team members and creating an environment of continuous professional development and excellence.
- Actively contributing to business development and enhancing our market profile in the region.

About You
About You
You will be:
- A qualified solicitor with substantial experience in Private Client law
- Experienced in working with HNW/UHNW clients, including those with complex assets or international elements
- Capable of managing teams and developing practice areas
- Commercially savvy and confident in business development
- Collaborative, client-focused, and ambitious
- Ideally STEP qualified or holding membership in relevant professional bodies
