You will produce engaging match highlights, pre- and post-match interviews, player arrivals, behind-the-scenes footage, and much more — all within tight deadlines and often in live environments on matchdays, as well as supporting the video team in the creation of content on non-matchdays.
Other Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing high quality production to the Marketing and Digital Department and the wider club.
- Display editorial control over the planning and production of matchday edits for use on social media and traditional broadcast platforms
- Editing match footage into various formats in line with competition holdbacks

Who we’re looking for: We are looking for someone with experience of digital production, particularly in the area of football.
You will have strong understanding of Premiere Pro, as well as being able to use the wider Adobe suite, such as After Effects, to bring projects to life. You’ll know how to export and encode content in various formats and sizes as required – whilst knowledge of online and cloud editing solutions will also be valuable as we seek to evolve our production ecosystems.

This position is on a permanent contract and will be contracted to 35 hours per week, however as this is a match-focussed position, it is expected that you will be comfortable working weekends and evenings – including in the hours after matches to ensure the required footage is provided in a timely manner.
Initially, this role will be based at the Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building, but as Hill Dickinson Stadium and Goodison Park become fully operational it will be based across all sites. Where the role allows, there will be an opportunity to work flexibly with our hybrid working approach.
