We are seeking an extremely capable Data Analyst to deliver actionable insights for our clients. This contract role requires a hands-on expert who is highly skilled in SQL, Python, and Excel, with a deep understanding of data storytelling and business impact. The role is part-time (4 days a week) for a 2-3 month duration. Full UK working rights required.

Requirements

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources
  • Generate clear and impactful reports and dashboards using Excel and BI tools
  • Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
  • Utilize Python for data analysis, automating workflows, and advanced visualization
  • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to solve business problems
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a compelling manner
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Expert-level Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, charting, advanced data manipulation)
  • Advanced SQL proficiency (joins, window functions, optimization)
  • Strong hands-on Python abilities, especially with Pandas and data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn)
  • Experience with BI or dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Critical thinking and strong data storytelling abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
