Job Description
We are looking for outgoing Restaurant Team Members to join our team on a permanent basis to ensure that we continue to have an exceptional brand. In return you will be rewarded with an hourly rate in line with National Minimum Wage and the opportunity to grow with us and carve a glorious career.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times
- Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers
- Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult customer enquiries to a Manager
- Ensure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards
- Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart
- Follow critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation
- Adhere to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions
- Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant so that your actions contribute towards achieving them
- Maintain operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience expectations including restocking of workstations
- Report all work related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible
- Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed
Qualifications
- Positive team player with previous customer service experience within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer.
- Flexibility to work a range of hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends).
- Passion for fantastic customer service and a healthy obsession with coffee.
