Job Summary
We are excited to expand our rotations and recruit to our Band 5 Occupational Therapy posts at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. There are opportunities to rotate across Winchester, Andover and Basingstoke sites on a variety of rotations and specialities throughout the patient pathway. These settings include surgery, ED, medicine, cardiology, elderly care, hand therapy, orthopaedics including trauma and elective, and stroke. A rotation is a great way to begin or continue developing your skills at a Band 5 level. You will be supported by experienced clinicians who will teach you the skills you need to deliver excellent patient care and progress your career. If you have excellent communication skills, are eager to learn and are passionate about providing outstanding patient care, we would love to hear from you.
Main Duties
Assess and treat a variety of conditions across all rotations whilst working as part of a wider therapy team to promote and develop evidence‑based care. You will be expected to partake in 7‑day working and the in‑service training rota as required. A successful applicant will be expected to hold a manual driving licence or have access to their own car with business insurance unless medically exempt.
