What The Role Involves
This is your first step into consultancy. You’ll work alongside experienced advisors, building your knowledge of dairy farming and business performance. You’ll support farmers, develop practical skills, and start building trusted client relationships.
Over Time, You’ll
- Build strong relationships with dairy farmers and understand their business needs
- Learn to offer technical, nutritional, and commercial advice that drives improvements
- Support clients to improve profitability, sustainability, and operational performance
- Stay updated with the latest dairy industry trends and technology
