About the job
This position involves selling into high-value enterprise prospects and existing customers with ARR under $50k. You will play a key role in growing Twilio’s Communication Products business across Central and Eastern Europe. Your responsibilities include sourcing new, high-value customers, driving the sales process from internal leads to qualifying prospects, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new customer acquisition and driving ACV for a set of accounts while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts. Experience selling communications to technical and business audiences, building trust with technical customers, is preferred.
- Think creatively and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details.
- Manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.

Required:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven record of closing complex solutions.
- Strong skills in prospecting, account management, and developing large enterprise clients.
- Experience selling complex, technical solutions such as cloud communications, APIs, or enterprise software.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, including high-value deals.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or similar large enterprises.
- Background in quota-driven environments and solution-based selling.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Experience selling to both business and technical audiences is preferred.
- Understanding of the CPaaS ecosystem, APIs, and telecommunications industry dynamics.
- Fluent in German.
Location
This role is based in the UK.
Travel
Minimum of 25% travel anticipated to connect with customers and team members in person.
