About the role

We have an opportunity to join the Estates team as our Estates Coordinator, a key support role to ensure smooth and efficient estate operations.

You’ll join an experienced team who will support your transition into the role. Daily, you’ll monitor the estates workbasket ensuring tasks are appropriately assigned to the correct team member. This includes monitoring case progress to ensure tasks are completed.

You’ll act as a point of contact for property-related queries and support project work to ensure effective operational delivery.

Your accuracy and attention to detail are key as you will maintain accurate property records, raise purchase orders, invoices and process payments within agreed timescales.

The successful candidate will also support project activities to ensure smooth operational and financial processes within the Estates function.

About you

If you have administrationexperience, ideally within property, legal, or finance industry then we want to hear from you.

This is a fast-paced team which means we’re looking for someone familiar with managing multiple tasks whilst meeting deadlines. You’ll be a problem solver with experience managing stakeholders as you’ll support internal teams and external stakeholders.

You’ll have knowledge of rent collection, invoice processing, and financial record-keeping. An understanding of land and property legislation and estate management principles is valuable within this role too.

Governance is essential as you’ll ensure records are maintained in line with company policies.

It would be useful to have experience working with Geographical Information Systems (GIS) or digital property records and have a knowledge of land ownership, lease agreements, and compensation processes. However, we can provide the successful candidate with training to support their knowledge on these areas.

This role has also been defined as a safety or security critical role and as a condition of a formal offer of employment you’ll be required to undergo a drug and alcohol test after the job offer has been made. This will be prior to or within four weeks of their start date.
