*Job Description:*

We are looking for a creative Workplace design manager to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for one of our clients (A D&B Company specialized in high end workplace projects).

As the Workplace Interior Design Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our clients\’ workplaces. You will be responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and delivering exceptional results that meet or exceed client expectations.

*Main Key Responsibilities:*

– Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

– Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and branding requirements.

– Develop and present innovative design concepts and space planning solutions.

– Oversee the selection of materials, furniture, and finishes that align with design goals and budget constraints.

– Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

– Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

– Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and productive team environment.
