Your Role as Assistant Centre Manager
In partnership with the Centre Manager, you will:
- Create a safe, inspiring learning environment
- Build relationships with families and the community
- Support educators to deliver high-quality programs

- Lead with positivity, professionalism, and bravery
- Support business performance and quality improvements
What You’ll Need
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Leadership experience in early learning or management roles
- Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Valid VIC Working with Children Check
