We are looking for an Operations Manager to join us at Huws Gray Inverness. Our depot is well‑known for the supply of above‑ and below‑ground drainage and civil engineering materials and we are keen to expand the supply of general building materials. This role is perfect for someone with industry experience who is looking for an exciting new opportunity.
At our Inverness branch we combine the Huws Gray and PDM brands under one roof, giving customers a comprehensive range and specialist expertise. We rely on our Operations Managers to maximise sales opportunities, grow our customer base and deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs, provide accurate quotes, follow up on enquiries and develop sales leads.
- Use product knowledge to offer solutions that increase sales and margin.
- Maintain up‑to‑date paperwork and administration.
We provide extensive training and tools to help you succeed as an Operations Manager. Previous experience in a similar industry, or solid knowledge of building materials, would be a benefit.
