Pinnacle Group is seeking a Facilities Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in our industrial facilities. You will be joining our B2B Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Uttoxeter ST14.
Your role will involve cleaning a manufacturing site, including industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks. You need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Role with 37½ hours per week, working:
- Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday: 7am to 4pm
- Thursday: 7am to 3.30pm
- Friday: 7am to 3pm

Key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning tasks such as damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning touchpoints like door handles and push plates.
- Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins, and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap, and towels.
- Factory floor cleaning.
- Waste management, including collection, transportation, and storage of waste for internal and external areas.
Skills & Key requirements will include:
- Using cleaning materials & equipment in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Experience working to tight schedules.
- Punctuality, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Enthusiasm and commitment.
