Overview

  • To control production data analysis and system support in a manufacturing environment.

Key tasks

  • Ownership of Test Data Analysis and System Support
  • Test scripts meet Test requirement and are part of Master Data.
  • Integration of Test requirement (Real Time Data, Pareto of pass and fails, OCAP etc), into ATE systems where possible.
  • Ensure SPC/GRR systems are able to accept data and produce correct report for MFG line control.
  • Data Analysis and systems are fit for purpose.
  • Ensure all MFG systems are Auditable to industry Standards.

Qualifications and training

  • Degree educated in relevant subject.

Skills and experience

  • Experience within a similar role working within a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience of product testing.
  • Previous experience of Manufacturing systems for Production Test.
  • Strong ability to plan and report on Process capabilities.
