Validation Scientist – (Job Ref: 25N/DMVS)
We require a highly motivated and dedicated individual to work within our busy Formulation Department as a Validation Scientist. Based in the Randox Science Park in Antrim, the Validation Scientist will be working in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility.
The Role:
- Review and plan validation for proposed processes – new, developed, or existing related to facilities, utilities, equipment, and cleaning.
- Be responsible for the statistical justification of sampling plans for validation projects.
- Collect data involving processes such as mixing, cleaning, dispensing, lyophilization, sterilization, capping, labelling, and other testing methods.
- Write reports to gather, evaluate, and conclude results.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all validation testing is performed as planned.

The Candidate:
Essential:
- Qualified to at least degree level, with a minimum of a 2:1 in a life science discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience with process validation.
- Experience with statistical sampling plans.
- Experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments.
- Full UK driving license.
