Pinnacle Group is seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are well-kept and visually appealing.
You will join our Grounds Maintenance team based in Nottingham, traveling to various sites across Nottinghamshire. Your duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape maintenance at housing sites, including new builds, extra care, and sheltered accommodation.
Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor environments, we encourage you to apply.
The working hours are from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a seasonal position ending on 31st October.

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery, and equipment
- General grounds maintenance such as grass cutting, debris clearing, leaf and litter removal, hedge and shrub trimming
- Using gardening equipment, powered hand tools, and ride-on machinery
- Maintaining vehicles and gardening machinery
Key requirements:
- Full driving license
- Experience with gardening power tools
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and procedures
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
