We are working with a big name in the civil engineering industry, looking to strengthen their Construction team with a Site Agent

The Site Agent role will be based on a large WTW in Hampshire as part of a JV – delivering works off the back of the new AMP8 Framework

You will report directly to the Site Manager and your rolewill beprovidingsetting out and quality control services to ensure that the contract works are constructed to the specification in an entirely safe manner, whilstmaintainingappropriate siterecords.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with C.D.M. Regulations
  • Assist in the preparation of construction programmes, preparation of Method Statements, Action Plans and Risk Assessments.
  • Setting out the works
  • Checking site work to ensure compliance with the specification and drawings
  • Agreement of site measurements and records with the client’s staff.
  • Assist in maintaining drawing files, drawing register and site filling system.
  • Liaise with the design department to ensure updated information is always used.
About You

The successful Site Agent with have at least 5 years experience, coming from an engineering background and good overall civil engineering project involvement. You will also need the following:

  • BTEC National or HNC in Civil Engineering/Construction (minimum)
  • Levelling & Surveying experience (using total stations & automatic level)
  • First Aid at Work
  • SSSTS
  • EUSR SHEA Water (desirable)
