About the role
Based at our depots in Hillington or Livingston, you will be part of a skilled team undertaking civil engineering tasks primarily related to drainage works, including other client contract work. You will be responsible for completing jobs competently and safely, ensuring safe working practices and maintaining client confidence. This is a permanent full-time position.
As a Civils Drainage Operator, you will
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment standards
- Adhere to Company policies
- Report all site-related incidents
- Identify and resolve problems swiftly to prevent escalation
- Produce high-quality results, reports, and feedback
- Establish good communication and resolve issues early
- Be flexible: operate 24/7, including early starts, weekends, and out-of-hours work across the UK
