Description

Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance Ltd (PAM) is one of six heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on the entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 series aircraft at our hangar facility located at Prestwick International Airport, Ayrshire, Scotland. We are currently recruiting for a Sheet Metal Worker to join a team of highly skilled professionals.

Duties Include

  • Carry out aircraft component sheet metal repairs I.A.W. approved maintenance procedures
  • Ensure documentation is completed correctly I.A.W. company procedures
  • Follow company procedures and maintain safe working practices at all times
  • Keep the work area and environment clean and tidy
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of aircraft sheet metal repair
  • Previous MRO component or aircraft sheet metal experience
  • Flexibility, including availability for overtime work
  • Willingness to train non-skilled personnel
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Willing to work shifts, including nights
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK
  • Ability to provide a clean Disclosure Scotland check for work at UK airports
