Ryder Reid are recruiting for a new vacancy for a receptionist to start on a temporary basis with our leading law firm client up until May! Hours are 9am – 5 and you must be available immediately for this role. The salary is up to £35,000 for this role based in their beautiful London offices 5 days a week.
Our client will be moving to a new office in Farringdon and they need someone who will be able to help with this transition so prepared to be flexible! There are no switchboard duties and have a small number of clients visit but those that do tend to stay all day so this person will need to order in external catering and look after them throughout the day. The ideal candidate must be experienced enough to walk into the role and confident enough to hit the ground running as the Office Manager is incredibly busy with the office move.
General duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for general enquiries
- Front of house
- Setting up/clearing meeting rooms
- Arranging all meeting room catering (ordering the food and setting it up in the meeting room)
- Stocking up snacks/drinks in our kitchen areas
- Couriers/deliveries
